The atmosphere has been awesome so far, with a lot of social events outside of work and flexibility on the work.

The communication has improved drastically, as there were complaints which were heard and managed correctly by the management.

The collaboration of the team (at least my team) is awesome and no one tries to impact somebody elses business in a bad way. In my team, my colleagues were supportive and enforcing me to keep going even when things were going bad.
Work-Life-Balance
There is a possibility for everyone to work as much as they want. No one forces you to work until 10 PM, but if you want to overperform, it gets indicated that one way is too focus more on your work. Flexibility with Gym time over lunch time to improve the physical and mental health which is great.

The way of communication has been adapted to every persons personality which is an improvement from the beginning when I had started. If you want to hear the harsh truth you will get it, if you want to overperform, you will get pushed to do so, if you want to work a 9-5, you get treated accordingly with your way of work (the feedback that you get).

The equipment that is given could be slightly better but IT problems are being solved really fast, the office style is modern and open spaced which is great for a sales environment.

The company has collaborated with several charity companies and incentives that we launched in the company.

The salary has been improved but is still under market average which is pity. The company gives a possibility to earn hundreds of thousands per year, but is really only attractive if you are an absolute overperformer, which is very luck dependant but also on a hard work ethic.
