Chaotic but likeable
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Very likeable
When given feedback they try hard to improve
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It seems like they are lacking focus and therefore the whole company is.
They do not seem to understand that their product is based on their employees, the better their employees are able to work the better their product will be - and yes it does cost money but it'd be a much needed investment.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Co workers do get along and the overall atmosphere is nice and friendly, however Styla is definitely missing company culture.
Kommunikation
No feedback and micromanagement. Founders tend to communicate before something is clear.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As mentioned before the overall atmosphere is nice but teams could be working closer together. Founders tend to value some employees more than others.
Work-Life-Balance
Founders definitely count on employees to stay longer and work more than they are getting paid for.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The founders are really likeable but unfortunately they do not know how to lead a team/ company.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There was one employee that was older than the rest. He was treated well but it was obvious that he did not fit the team.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Unfortunately it's an open space environment, way too loud and some people do not consider that while chatting. There's no common area. For me it was definitely not a good environment to thrive and develop and focus on work.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Ordering from Amazon, Nespresso coffee and plastic water bottles... Need I say more?

Trying to be a cool start-up in Berlin but there is no money to offer all the perks that go with it.
