Ich war besorgt bevor ich anfing und die schlechten Bewertungen las und leider empfinde ich es nun auch wie oft beschrieben: eher ein Gegeneinander als ein Miteinander. Der Umgangston schon sehr rauh und autoritär und man kann viel Micromanagement erwarten. Mein Tipp für Bewerber: im Gespräch mit Team ganz genau nachfragen was die Aufgaben sind, ich war überrascht wie sehr sie von der Jobbeschreibung abweichen.

Keine standardisierten und abperlenden Antworten zu den Bewertungen auf diesem Portal. Wenn nämlich Reiter und Ross klar genannt werden, dann wird von vornherein bereits zensiert. Ebenso die mögliche Argumentation warum ich gerade zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt eine Bewertung vorgenommen habe, ist mir selbst zu überlassen. Weiterbildung im Bereich "empfängerorientierte Kommunikation gegenüber der Belegschaft" insbesondere für die HR Abteilung und deren Oberhaupt. Der Fairness halber gilt dies aber auch für einen weiteren Personenkreis.
Trennt Euch von miserablen RB‘s. Haben die eigentlich einen Mobingkurs bekommen ? Wie behandel ich meine Mitarbeiter richtig schlecht ?
Es sollten mehr Leute angestellt werden, die Kollegen sind komplett überlastet und es gibt immer mehr Arbeit für zu wenig Mitarbeiter
Hört endlich auf Eure Leute. Übernehmt nicht jeden Unsinn aus den USA oder der Europa-Zentrale.

Unprofessionell und abwertend! Bspw. wurde Ich von einem der zum damaligen Zeitpunkt vorhandenen 2 Group Account Director in der direkten Ansprache als "Zicke" bezeichnet, weil ich eine private Bitte für sie nicht übernehmen wollte. Die Personalleitung bat mich mal den Geschirrspüler auszuräumen. Mein Hinweis, dass dieser uns alle angeht und nicht ausschließlich mein Aufgabengebiet ist erhielt ich als Antwort "Ja aber die anderen kosten nun mal mehr als Du". (Arbeitgeberbedingte) Abgänge werden entweder ganz verschwiegen (die Person ist einfach ab ...
Man dreht sich fortlaufend um sich selbst. Neue Systeme werden ohne Rücksprache mit den Betroffenen einfach eingeführt. Die meisten internen Gespräche drehen sich immer nur darum, wie furchtbar alles sei, statt darum konkrete und pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln.
