Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I'm certainly one of the old hands in this young club - but all I can say is that I'm so happy to be here. Despite all the growing pains, the willingness to continue to develop is remarkable and I look forward to everything that lies ahead - because it will be good.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Employee concerns are taken seriously, and a lot is being done for employee well-being - home office equipment - no problem. Fabulous equipment in the office - a given. Subsidy for public transport - very welcome. Sports club membership - of course. Mental health support - without a doubt.
Sometimes I have the feeling that some employees don't understand how well treated they are. Absurd requests are made and then people complain when they are not fulfilled. Strange behavior.

Kommunikation

There is a monthly update from the management on all essential topics and figures. After each all-hands, questions can be asked, which can then be answered in a meeting - or directly via a platform in a 1:1 exchange.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

I only have good things to say about this topic.

Work-Life-Balance

Essentially important for me and unbeatable compared to all the other companies I've been with so far.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

My manager is great. I am valued and understand what he expects of me. If for some reason I cannot deliver what we agreed on, I can discuss this constructively.

Interessante Aufgaben

Yes, and I especially think it's great that you can make suggestions if you want to change something. I know of a few cases where colleagues changed teams because they wanted to learn something new or were simply not happy in the old team - nobody has to "endure" here.

Gleichberechtigung

I have the feeling that the issue of equality is very important and that equality is clearly practiced, but I would still like to see more diversity in the leadership ranks.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Age doesn't matter.

Arbeitsbedingungen

See above - everything is taken care of and more. If you need something, it will be made possible. Anyone who complains here has a distorted perception.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

There are various initiatives - CO2 neutrality was already sought years ago, and there are regular activities to get involved socially. There is even an extra budget to organize something that may be personally important to you.

That should be 5 stars if it corresponded to reality - but some colleagues simply don't understand the value of this employer and are making negative noise. But it's nothing more than that - noise.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Early on, there was a dedicated team that took care of the topic - including individual advice on what type of learner you are and which offers are best suited for you. Extra budget for further training measures, regular feedback discussions, appropriate software, ...
