After the friends of friends failed to deliver, the BoD are bringing the founders of the startups they acquired (which might have been long bankrupt had they not been acquired) to lead every second department.
Imagine the chaos.

No respect for hardwork or innovation.
The 5 acquisitions were a total chaos. It made the founders millionaires but drowned TV as a company which was already struggling to survive.
And those who made those amazing acquisitions are still leading ...

The company just can't do anything different. Even after 5 years the 5 acquisitions they did in the last 5 years is not even 5% of their revenue. Thanks highly competent senior management
