disappointing and frustrating experience
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Its an international company.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Working at Teleperformance has been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. The workplace is dominated by nepotism and favoritism, making it nearly impossible for anyone outside the inner circle of friends and family to advance or even receive fair treatment. It’s disheartening to see promotions and opportunities reserved for those with personal connections rather than those who have earned them through hard work and dedication. This creates an environment where unqualified individuals rise through the ranks while truly deserving employees are consistently overlooked. There is no room for professional development or career growth, as management shows little interest in nurturing employee potential, and there are no clear paths for advancement. This results in a stagnant work environment where motivation and morale are perpetually low. The pay is abysmal; employees are grossly underpaid for the amount of work and effort they put in, and raises and bonuses are practically non-existent, adding to the financial stress many face.
Overall, Teleperformance is a toxic workplace where merit and hard work are disregarded in favor of personal connections. The poor pay, lack of growth opportunities, and unacceptable working conditions make it a place I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a fair and professional workplace. Significant changes are desperately needed to address these critical issues.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
To improve the working environment at Teleperformance, I suggest the following:
Enhance Growth Opportunities: Implement clear career development plans and provide training programs that enable employees to acquire new skills and advance within the company.
Revamp the Promotion Scheme: Establish a transparent and merit-based promotion process that rewards hard work and dedication, rather than personal connections. Regular performance reviews and objective criteria for advancement should be in place.
Implement a Feedback System: Create a detailed and structured feedback mechanism that allows employees to voice their concerns and suggestions. Ensure that this system is taken seriously by management and that actionable steps are taken based on the feedback received.
These changes could significantly improve employee morale, motivation, and overall job satisfaction, creating a fairer and more professional workplace.
