On my first day I got picked up by the airport and was brought to the hotel. It was Friday and I was supposed to go to work training on Monday. Nobody told me that Lisbon is dangerous. Nobody told me about the gangs that are targeting tourists at night to attack and rob them.
So on my first night after partying in Bairo Alto I walked to the Taxi and on my way got hit out of nowhere with brass nuckles (Metall Ring) on the forehead. I have a broken skull and was in hospital for one week.
I was lucky that I could ran away after that punch.
I thought that Lisbon was safe and it has a reputation of being safe, but by a big company like Teleperformance I would have expected to warn me about the gang activities at night time in party areas.
