I think you should never waste your time with Temedica, only if you need interview experience, go for it

Businesses might fail and that's OK. The main problem with Temedica, they had no idea that they're failing until one month before they announced layoffs.
Layoffs included almost half of the company, including everyone who joined past 6 months. Imagine, being laid off the same month you started working.

Plan ahead and plan properly in order to be dreaming about success. Success is not fancy linked.in posts unfortunately, success is planning properly and not firing all the people you've just hired for the last six months, including people who just joined that month.

I believe atmosphere was balanced until layoffs were announced at the beginning of September
Kommunikation
Communication within the team was good enough, however, higher management and people who realise the tasks were detached often times. This usually led to change of direction too often and many half done tasks.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
My colleagues were respectful and friendly. Always helpful and keen to find solutions, however, those people probably laid off as well, so good luck!
Work-Life-Balance
To my observation, as long as you finish the task in time, there was no problem. However, sometimes there are delivery dates set by non-tech people and in order to match those deliveries my team needed to work overtime -no compensation- until the day we learnt about the layoffs
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I appreciated my manager and respect that they let me take control of my tasks. However, there were commuinications I've initiated beforehand to make sure I'd know about the layoffs, in order to find something new. Well, either they directly lied to me saying everything is alright, or they didn't know.
Interessante Aufgaben
When deadlines are missed and people are on vacation, you might even need to write python as a JS developer. If you are into the chaos(personal opinion) go for it.

I observed no discrimination against older people.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is around industry standarts, benefits will start after the probation if you manage to survive.

Unfortunately due to very poor planning, they laid off people who started literally couple months ago. I do not think Temedica will ever recover from such a shame.
