Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

some people and some products are pretty cool (until they are let go/sold)

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

they way so many people were let go, this is not how you treat people who worked really hard

Verbesserungsvorschläge

don’t lose that many great people with changing company strategies and structures every 2 months so you have at least the chance to build something that lasts

Arbeitsatmosphäre

sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s a lof of pressure, it depends on the team

Kommunikation

all empty words

Kollegenzusammenhalt

there were some good people at some point, but everyone leaves in the end

Work-Life-Balance

good times, bad times

Vorgesetztenverhalten

pure chaos

Interessante Aufgaben

probably one of the view good things is that there are some interesting tasks and you can learn things (mostly by yourself of course)

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

there barely are any?

Arbeitsbedingungen

some standards, but nothing exciting

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

I see no effort there

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

just industry standard at best

Image

maybe working on the reality and not just the image would be a great idea

Karriere/Weiterbildung

only if you fight for it yourself

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that you found our projects interesting and that you had the opportunity to learn and grow. These are aspects of our work culture we highly value.

Allow me to address your comment about changes within the company. We underwent a significant strategic shift in our business model last year. In our rapidly evolving industry, adapting to change is not just essential, it's a constant. These transitions can be challenging, we know, but they're crucial for staying competitive, innovative, and sustainable in the long run. This state of continual change and evolution is a reality we accept and embrace - you should, too.

Every team member has the autonomy and responsibility to shape their work environment and harness the opportunities arising from change. It's important to be proactive and take initiative here.

Regarding your comment on communication, you mentioned 'empty words', and we are interested in understanding more about what led you to this perception. If you'd be open to discussing this further, we would appreciate more specific instances or context.

All the best
Anna
