Change culture has not been successful so far. Instead, people learned how to deal with continuous increasing work overload and ever changing processes. Still no feedback culture and lesson learned. Decisions are still delivered with waterfall

Home office is possible, the amount of work given is a hit or miss, depending in your manager and the department. You may be buried under many responsibilities in a second, once someone decides to leave or let go. There is no contingency plans for such problems

It is again hot or miss. Most of the supervisors try to protect their positions and doesn’t support further development for their direct reports

Even if you try to come up with an interesting or unusual idea, there will be always another employee to shut you down and tell you that it won’t work.

Tangible studies like master degrees, language skills are not supported. You can watch as many linked learning videos as you like though. To move in the company, you have to lobby and make sure you are visible to many all the time. Simply doing a good job is not enough
