tesa used to be a good employer. Great teams that worked together on solutions. This has changed under the leadership of the current CEO and CFO. The corporate culture has been destroyed, there is an atmosphere of fear, departments are deliberately being played off against each other and the pressure is constantly increasing. The positive LinkedIn posts are pure PR. Especially in the CFO area, there is a management style from the 80s, processes don't work and there is a high level of employee turnover.

Change leadership style at the top. Allow time to work out things properly before always giving new tasks.
