I had all the tools I need to work with, I would have had appreciated, if there has been more technical trainings or support especially for the programs I haven’t used before. This is also a lack of onboarding the new starters in a proper way.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

There were some statements within the management team made, which have been inconsistent and unfair. There’s no room at all for speaking up and share your feelings if you are feeling uncomfortable.

Kommunikation

The communication between some departments and the management is a bit unprofessional. The appreciation for your individual work and achievements is missing at all. There is a lack of verbal praise from the management. I don’t felt treated fair. There are lots of issues in communication.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

There were a few people within the team who were nice and easy to work with. At some points you dealt with people who were not able to find solutions. Some of them struggled a lot because of their workload and others because of their lack of experience. Some were very complicated thinking and not innovative at all.

Work-Life-Balance

It is almost ok, and you can work in a hybrid model with flexible working hours, as long as you have negotiated them.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The workstreams in some departments are quite old-fashioned with tons of data and endless lists. Overall structure is missing with different tools and internal communication. The working approach for this business is not to be effective and solution-oriented due to long approval processes and tools. At this point the management need to take the responsibility for improvement and working effectivity. From an employee perspective, a more structured daily work routine with training, feedback, and methods for streamlining their work would be beneficial.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Overall the salary package is minimalistic. The room for negotiation is poor.
