Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

It is like a challenge mode, if you are bored of your life and career.
You also get to appreciate life after you leave this company.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

That they are in Germany. I think they should move the company to bulgaria

Verbesserungsvorschläge

I know this will never happen. But they really need to change some managers. But since managers are in charge, who are they going to change, themselves ?

I just dont understand how they cant see the fire&hire loop they have ?
Why do you guys hire many developers every month, why do they leave/fired, why your developers who sticks around or managers cant find a new job. Why your product development is too fast but at the same time too slow ? Why do you have customer losing bugs in your system ?

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The work atmosphere was very disappointing. Many colleagues and managers created a toxic environment, with unprofessional behavior and poor communication. Expectations were often unclear or unrealistic, which only added to the stress. It was difficult to feel motivated or supported in such an environment.
Also people stabbing you in the back is real.
Some of the colleagues, I dont know why, will only and only complain about you. And you will get some trouble in the end by the upper management. Because, fire & hire loop here exists. Every 6 months many developers are hired in this company, then they are mostly fired. Lucky few, who are willing to sacrifice their life can stay.

Kommunikation

No one communicated me until the point that I got fired.
Seriously, no warning, no planning, no setting up expectations. Just, `yeah we decided to let you go, you can leave your laptop tomorrow.`
I was so surprised.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

There are some members that they just hate you becasue you exist, or share a title, or get to pick up a functionality.
Never heard anything nice from anybody.

Work-Life-Balance

They dont force you to work extra, they just fire you if you spend less then 70-80 hours a week.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

I had a manager, this guy called me stupid, lazy, incapable, not dedicated, easy to let go, worst engineer he has ever seen, slowiest engineer he has ever seen etc. etc. in separate occasions. I really regret that i didnt record each one of my meetings, I could very very easily sue the company.
Seriously, not everybody meant to be a manager.

Interessante Aufgaben

Every task i get ends up in a hunger game, so I would say it is very intresting.

Gleichberechtigung

You can not critize your boss. He is the god of engineering without any engineering knowledge.
You also cant critize some of your colleagues, because they are under the umbrella of the god.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Everybody is fired after a few months, so how could you get old in this company ?

They think its their culture.
