my colleagues always supports and help me and I do so, for sure there's stressful moment as common in any company but we always try to to make activities to recharge our energies any get closer and fresh again

to someone whose ex-employer in USA, work life balance in Europe and in Timify here is very good, I never had to work on vacations nor even after 6 pm, for sure I receive some activity emails -mentions on Jira- from my colleagues who work after 6 pm because we have flexible working hours especially developers like me.

I have learned from my manager to be always kind, helpful and supporter for people who work under your control, I was very happy that my manager request a raise in behalf of me as my manager sees that I deserve it

we have a very good office with remote option and working flexibility
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I think I'm a special case here as I was hired during the world bad economic situation but my salary is roughly fair and I see I deserver more at the current moment but lets see, I should be raised soon.
