The pros are definitely all the benefits (working from abroad, possibility of 100% remote work, flexible hours, Deutschlandticket etc.)
The HR & event team are doing a great job at thinking about employees and what would boost their mood and the company atmosphere in general.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Every company has downsides but at TIMOCOM, cons are fortunately outweighed by the advantages.
Kommunikation
There are some aspects that could be improved but all in all, there are many communication ways to reach goals (yours and the ones of the company).

I am very happy with my team and our lead. We have team building events, that are sponsored by the company.
Work-Life-Balance
We have flexible working hours, so we can practically do our job in between 6 and 22 o'clock. You want to enjoy a longer lunch break tomorrow? No problem, just let others know.

My team lead is professional and very competent.
