Despite their horrible situation, tink only seems to be able to blame and pressure its employees, without realising that without them, they would be faring even worse.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Replace your leadership team completely by overcoming your fear of spending and investing a little more in hiring experienced, competent colleagues. I'd also suggest to try to listen to feedback coming from former employees who had to experience all of this instead of clumsily trying to remove reviews by marking things as "untrue" or bury them under a wave of new 5-star reviews by people who last worked there in 2019. I feel like you would be the best company on earth if you'd put just 5% of that effort in making things work instead.

There is a strong sense of pressure, clumsily hidden behind a "young and fun startup" mask.

Kommunikation

Most leads are inexperienced and are unable to adequately protect their reports when pressured by the leadership team. This causes a lots of issues in communication, especially from the bottom to up high. Furthermore, the leadership team tends to stonewall and shame everyone who doesn't seem to align to what they want.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

There is not really a lot of interaction among colleagues, and I have the feeling that many of them are young college students doing internships who would rather spend their office time chatting and befriending people rather than working.

Work-Life-Balance

Could definitely be improved. The promotions the company has handed out in the last years were mostly to people who had to complete renounce to having a life, often working 12 hrs a day. I felt like the number of promotions in itself has also decreased compared to 2 years ago.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Normally the leadership team and most leads react to conflicts by simply avoiding them, or going silent until the "culprit" has left or has been laid off.

Interessante Aufgaben

Everything is very mechanic, there is no strategy or creativity behind it rather than make money and avoid bankruptcy.

The leadership team is white, male, German. Some attempts at diversity have been done, but are sadly still very marginal.

You need to be (or behave like you were) 20 in order to fit in.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The office is nice and very central, but the internet connection is a disaster, often resulting in the whole company going offline for almost an hour. Furthermore, there have been instances where monitors were not working and even the main door's lock is very defective.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Despite its "smart" facade, the company has absolutely zero interest in being green or sustainable.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The salary is extremely uncompetitive, which leads to attract inexperienced people who cannot do a lot to help save the company.

I feel like a lot of people are disappointed and want to leave, while customers are more and more enraged by the bad customer service and delivery times. No funding round is even taking place since years.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

There is absolutely no room for growth. You even have to fight to get some sort of minimal personal development budget, if you are lucky enough to be granted one.
