Work environment is a lot of fun, I laugh a lot while at work

Things are constantly changing and the company operates in a chat & meeting heavy way which can result in information dropping; mostly the large amount of information seems to be communicated properly and timely though.
There is a monthly company all hands in which all employees gain insight around how the business is doing, who has joined and which successes were achieved.

In the past year, there have not really been downtimes and tink really is a business in which constant change for the day to day operational side is necessary to be successful, so you are going to be busy. But if you make an effort to improve your work-life-balance, it is definitely possible to do so and I rarely work after hours while getting the flexibility I need in my daily life.

Management has improved over the last few years and has become more professional. I get along well with upper and mid management and while there are always things that can be improved, I would characterize the behavior as straight forward and humorous

I am not bored at all. There is some repetitiveness in tasks, but in my line of work you will find that anywhere as processes get established.

diversity can be improved: female & non-white leaders are scarce and overall there seems to be a certain type of human being that thrives at tink, so there can be improvements made in hiring and encouraging diversity; also, not sure whether there are working parents in this company

There are only a handful of employees above the age of 35 but loyal employees that have been around for years are well regarded & supported

overall, really nice new office, quite good equipment & fast request handling times. Only thing I want to stress is that the stricter office rules are a big downer for a lot of people
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary bump you receive with promotions is not great at all and there is no clarity about salary bands for a position; the bonus system is good but performance review processes can be chaotic
