start up like vibe still exists with gatherings or small (kitchen) parties

structure and events like All Hands are considered important and are well prepared and executed, but honesty and trasparency are not.

except leadership - they even fight among each other to collect reasons to manage each other out

Vorgesetztenverhalten

this is / was the worst part. unethical behavior like secret chats againts people, screaming and threatening employees
