It is wonderful in your own team, but this good atmosphere is ruined by the higher management, by their arrogant and inconsiderate nature.
Kommunikation
Communication with line managers is good, but communication with higher management is not good at all. All that comes from higher management is a lot of marketing blah-blah and employees are not listened to.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
One of the very good things about the company is the team spirit, without it more people would probably leave the company than they already do and for sure there is still room for getting better in the team spirit

This is still the case today, but it is becoming increasingly limited.

As long as higher management does not interfere, line managers are usually very polite, empathetic and supportive of an employee.

In Germany, the company relies completely on home office, which is great, but they don't support you if you need ergonomic furniture, if you need an adaptive desk or something like that, so you have to pay for everything yourself.

Not really, and if they do, it is not communicated by senior management.

If they paid well, maybe fewer people would leave.

In the past they were very supportive and gave people the freedom to learn and develop themselves, but this is becoming less and less the case. There are no career paths or development opportunities.
