There is a two-tier society at Viacom. On the one hand, the well-paid management - a small team of 5 people - and on the other hand, the underpaid employees who do the work. In my time at Viacom I have seen so many high performers leave the company because pay rises promised for years were never implemented. Those who stay behind are unhappy and cynical.

Let's not kid ourselves: ViacomCBS pays poorly. As a result, all those who get other opportunities leave the company after 2 to 3 years.

The company's image is great because it is one of the top media companies in the US where it pays top salaries. Therefore, you have a good chance of getting a well-paid job in the media industry afterwards.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Unfortunately not good. Good junior staff leave quickly because the chances of promotion are very limited and promotions are usually not linked to salary increases.
