The promises and lies you make to people from day one (knowing that you will not fulfill them) and that at the end you always find a way to turn things around for your benefit

You need to learn to separate business and friends, you cannot give the high positions of your company to someone just because is a friend of yours, or because is your family, this is a worm that has been eating your company year by year and you keep giving those “untouchable” people the power of taking the most important decisions since day one, no surprises why the company is in decay

Vinokilo uses the mask of being a “family”, nothing else to add..

Kommunikation

If one thing the company lacks, is efficient communication, decisions are made “on the way” by squared minded people without preparation so of course there are no efficient communication channels and thus there is not an efficient communication structure in the company

Normal, eight hours per day, 40 hours per week, home office sometimes possible

Head of direction and organisation of events is completely a mess, Human Resources no comments, the only area to rescue is marketing

Interessante Aufgaben

Routine and solving things last minute because the lack of planning and organisation, is part of every day

Something to redeem is the diversity and the respect of this aspect inside the company

Same here, they are opened to hire people from all ages

Office conditions are okay, warehouse conditions are okay, nothing special

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Here are two sides, yes, Vinokilo is a sustainable company because of the business line (second hand vintage clothes) but socially and legally there are a lot of lagoons and things the company hides, by this I mean: black work, taking advantage of foreign people because of their visa situation, extremely abusive and bad contracts, lack of permissions to operate in other countries, and people having burn-puts or mental issues because of the company, etc.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salaries are low, almost no bonuses or raises, people without preparation in high positions being paid what they do not deserve, hard working people just kept by monthly promises which never ever were fulfilled

Ask any ex-employee and they will have a dark story to tell, no surprise why the staff turnover is high, but of course, social media is used as a mask to pretend things that are not real or true

Just so called “courses” provided by a family member of the company’s owner
