It has a very open and friendly atmosphere which I liked a lot.
There is also a strategy shift which is completely positive and required in my viewpoint, although some employees do not like that.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I think wob AG should try more to bring more professionalism. Some decisions are not professional in my opinion.
I really like this company, the people and the leadership and what I said, positive or negative, is only something to be heard for future development. I enjoyed working at wob AG and I am sure they can have a bright future as they had a great background in the past 50 years. :)

I have some recommendations for future:
1. Please involve the employees more in decision-making process.
2. When a shift in strategy is happening, it is required to communicate it very well so that everyone can accompany. Currently, there is a resistance to these positive changes.
3. The strategy shift is a positive move but you should also consider the internal capacity for this change. Currently, these are not aligned.
4. If the aim is to grow in the market and have some ambitious targets, it is required to make professional decisions all the time. Sometimes professionalism is something missing in decisions and measures.
5. To pursue the goals, please employ professional people and value them.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The culture and atmosphere is very nice and friendly and people are very respectful and open-minded. I enjoyed working with them.
Kommunikation
There is still room for improvement in communication, especially from the managers and leaders. Employees are working together and communicating very well with each other but the leadership should talk to them more and involve everyone in their decisions or strategies.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everybody is focused on the job and well organized. Maybe the staff need some time to strengthen their teamwork spirit. But generally, they behave very well and honestly.
Work-Life-Balance
Super! The possibility of working remotely and the balance of workload make work-life balance very well at wob.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The leadership team are great people and treat everybody with respect, kindness and attention. On the other hand, they need to involve the staff more in decision-making process so that they don't face resistance to change for the new strategies in the agency.

I had the chance to work with different new projects in marketing world which was interesting for me.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salaries are paid on time but the average salary is lower than market.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Promotions happen only two times a year which is something I personally didn't like because I expect to be promoted once I meet the criteria and waiting for it for some months does not seem reasonable for me.
Additionally, I was always waiting to set a performance evaluation framework, called BSC, but this never happened because of some ongoing changes. And BSC itself can be replaced with more up-to-date methodologies in HR performance evaluation.
