Standardize processes for all employees, for example for time keeping not having 4 different systems to capture the same information.
Also, be aware that not everyone in the company is dedicated to the construction business, many policies and procedures are only valid for construction workers.
The resignation process should be easier, better support from HR and IT , specially to return the equipment. Either receive the equipment at the office or assume the costs of the delivery, is not fair to make the employee to pay for it

Since the company has absorbed other companies there is a lot of internal disorganization as WSP hasn’t been able to integrate the other acquired companies and there is no good communication
Work-Life-Balance
I had a good experience but saw a few colleagues with burned out or close to one. Especially working with teams in the USA as they are used to a very different balance between work and personal life.
Gleichberechtigung
As the company doesn’t have standardized the companies acquired, there are differences between contract types for the same team members (I.e. more vacation days and other extra legal benefits)

We can confirm that the company is currently in a restructuring phase due to acquisitions of companies and organizational adjustments, and that outdated processes need to be redesigned and implemented.
