Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

There are colleagues here, who give all they have. Especially in HR. They want to do good, they want to support all the colleagues, but are blocked by the upper management.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Management, structure, and everything connected to it.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

As an european location, the management should be done by european colleagues who understand the market and the customers needs. The current way it works in here is just the wrong way.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The climate in the offices used to be nice and supporting, but Research and Development shall be done in China only from now on, so everyone has the feeling to get fired.

Kommunikation

Management and HR decisions leak on a daily basis, so everybody is informed before news shall be presented to the staff.
Chinese colleagues always know a lot more then the rest of us. Open, transparent and fair communication is not existing.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

One of the only things which is good at this company, eventhough most of the good colleagues already left a while ago.

Work-Life-Balance

Depending on your supervisor, it is possible to have a good Work-Life-Balance.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

In general the head of offices are very good and try to do their best for the staff. But every decision is declined by the HR or the chinese lead management. No communication at all. Management gets orders from China and the staff has to do what is said.

Interessante Aufgaben

We used to have good and interesting projects and always did a good job. But project documents always had to be send to China and now, since they received enough documentation, the development will be done in china itself and the company wants us to let go.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Even if you work here for 10 years. As soon as they got everything they need from you, they trash you.

Arbeitsbedingungen

You can work here for sometime and everything looks nice at the first sight. After a while, it is noticeable that every position can and will be fired if they like to.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Very bad. Latest news is, all machines on the outside of the company leak oil. The company area is not sealed so that the oil gets into the groundwater. Fine from the environmental agency is pending.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Is ok. They pay you good if they want you, then salary increases are very bad.

No one likes the company in the industry and you will get told at fairs.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

In my probation period, a lot of money was invested in me to train me in several topics. As a starter from university this can be helpful, but as a senior, there is not much done for progression.
