Culture of on-going change and uncertainty since our new investors joined in my view. Annual identification of colleagues to be graded into the lowest two performance bracket is a reflection of the new PE hire & fire culture for me.
Kommunikation
Company seems to have a lot of resources for and trust in external advisors, while wage increases are quite limited. Typcially this is also communicated in a top-down fashion with no room for discussion.

Company wide policies concering one's work-life-balance introduced in recent years can be subject to changes anytime. Hope for everyone that nobody moved further away from the office.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Quite a lot of top-level and senior management changes on short notice in my view. Creates a feeling of permanent uncertainty and inconsistency for me.
Gleichberechtigung
Diversity only exists at the bottom. Top-level management is prdominantly male, 40-50 and white.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Feels like external new hires are valued much more than existing experience in the company. Amount of older colleagues are constantly decreasing in my view.

Recruiting team deserves a raise for still finding sufficient candidates despite our way below average employee satisfaction and engagement scores. All Kununu ratings containing more than just two words in the commenting section give a quite clear picture and sad level of recommendation IMHO.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Culture has become more and more toxic in the last two years. In my view quite a lot of unmotivated leaders from pre-acquisition times still waiting for their payouts are a huge drag.
