Great colleagues but bad management made me leave zooplus

Listen to your employees in order to understand why certain teams have a conspicuously high fluctuation rate - it is rather obvious.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Overall atmosphere amongst colleagues was great, poor management-style.
Kommunikation
Top-level management communication could be better; they do not appear to listen to employees interests & concerns, hence communication has became rather uni-directional since the new owners took over.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The collaboration within the team was great, and the thing that kept me going. Joint work between teams depends, most are great to work with, some are quite fast though in pointing fingers.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
By personal lowlight. Several management errors, excessive micromanagement, no reflection, bullying being used as a management-tool to push employees. Managers appear to be are either unknowledgeable and/or driven by political motives, either way unnecessary pressure is exerted onto employees.
Criticism is not wanted or is ignored - a couple of managers clearly being responsible for a large number of employees leaving shortly after joining, overall tenure in the team is suprisingly short.

Furthermore, since the new owners have taken over the company says zooplus on the outside, but really is Amazon under the hood.
All decisions are being made excusively top-down, bottom-up input or proposals are rejected and/or ignored, roles shifted from co-creation style towards purely executive role (i.e. "do not think - do what I tell you").

Career development is disappointing, personal development is 100% dependent on your supervisor's subjective oppinion, HR is purely involved as an aliby, however does not have any real leverage in the decision.
One upside are external coachings being offered.
