People are scared even to breathe. Management people look inhuman and like they would stab anyone for two additional new customers.

Kommunikation

Non existent HR (or when it exists is always on the side of the highest in the hierarchy). You are always reminded that you are lucky to have a job and that you should just do what they tell you. They do not even try to fake their interest for employees. They just show that you are just a number and that you should be grateful to have such inspiring managers who think for you.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

People are cool, but the system and environment is a war. So scared people do scary things. In some teams you could experience mobbing

Work-Life-Balance

It depends on you. If you are smart you put limits and boundaries.

Yes men. Everything the investors say, even if unrealistic, is law.
