No empathy, no management experience, no leadership skills
They hire random people with relations to higher management as first time managers (without any management experience at their later 20s and early 30s)
Investigate very well who your manager will be. This will have an impact on your income, development and more importantly on your "well-being"!
They even bother you during your holidays and expect to join calls/meetings. This is also expected. You do not have a chance to turn-off and relax due this disrespectful culture.

In 8 months 3 RSMs left the team and maybe the remaining 2 will be leaving soon. 60% attrition rate and the RD stays as if nothing happened?

Your manager tells you that you can leave if you wish during your first months. Guess what kind of environment that is yourself!

They change the organization and account patches during the year w/o any justification.
