Highly depends on your manager. But, also managers have either very limited means to change anything (again: top down), or are indoctrinated very well...

Communication is usually top down. Any criticism is either put down with the argument “how would YOU do that?” or “You all earn at shit load of money!"

That's what Zscaler used to be, and still is in a very limited extent (e.g. your direct team members).

You are a resource, just like office supplies. If your life is not Zscaler, you can have a bad time.

In the end, it's still a web proxy. Everything that's interesting will be handled by "special teams".

Not sure, guess it's OK. But the older you get, the more you usually value your personal life. That does not fit the culture.

A joke.
Shared offices are tiny, stuff you need to do you work are limited to ridiculous $ amounts or specs (if they could, they would limit monitors to SVGA).

Not the best, customer often complain about frequent changes in the account team, or Zscalers arrogant and annoying way of doing what they call "business".
