Apparently doesn't exist anymore since Corona, don't demand so much from your employees, improve communication and above all - stop your megalomania.

In general, a home office culture is practiced, which is very good, it feels nice to work from home, but my team is "forced" to go to the office often, it feels like I am not trusted.

There's not much i can say, we all work well together as a team, I even call some of my colleagues friends - as long as you don't make any mistakes, everything is fine, those who make mistakes quickly become scapegoats

40 hour weeks are "obligatory" Overtime is not counted, many work 50-55 hours to complete their tasks.

It very much depends on the day, some days it's fine, on others you feel like you're being monitored and piled up with work.

Home office good Office in Flamatt good - but sadly Flamatt is closed and we move to a place in Fribourg where you can only get there by public transport, that's just bad, all the positive aspects of Flamatt are gone... what a shame.

However, many employees regularly travel abroad by plane to meet colleagues, and team-building sessions abroad or events are not uncommon but ey, we drink coffee from paper cups ...

haha - well, everything is getting more expensive, only the wages stay the same, I got a big pay increase last year - but only thanks to a job change with more responsibility, in general the wages are incredibly bad in this company, in another companys you get 33% more salary for the same task, you can't talk about salary increases, sometimes it's a bad year because of Corona, sometimes it's not possible at the moment, but you're supposed to take on more and more tasks.

In general, you could easily give every employee a 15-20% wage increase, that would raise morale a little, wage transparency is also non-existent, in Zurich you earn 25% more with the same requirements and sometimes with lower qualifications.

You don't work here because of the wages, and in the future you won't work because of the offices, and as we found out about a year ago, the employees at the IPO aren't even rewarded or honored... I'm really starting to ask myself why I'm still here am.

I learned that the SMG looks pretty good on your CV, that's about it.
the customers are angry because of the platforms' ever-increasing commissions, the employees are angry because of the below-average pay, management is angry because things aren't moving fast enough for them.

SMG sometimes pays almost 25% of the training costs, but you have to sell your soul.
