Es gab keinen einzigen punkt wo ich mich verloren gefühlt habe.
Auch wenn ich meine Wunsch Position namen nicht kannte, es wurde mir eine stelle beschrieben die diese genau erfüllt.
The interview was extremely pleasant, as the interviewer was super nice, amicable and relatable.

I only did the online test and had a phone call with the lead of the team till this point. The experience was good. The call was an interesting discussion about the position, the next steps, my expectations from the job.
My only comment would be about the test. From the email received, it sounded like a coding test, however it turned out to be multiple choice questions. This won't make a big difference, but this might confuse some of the applicants. Afterall, the test was fair and test important concepts and was enjoyable.

Good discussion
The discussion was very friendly and informative, I had the feeling that the manager is intrested in I expect from the job, and explained me well the tasks and team structure. I gladly wait how the application procces will further develop.
Good:
- pre-screening through online challenge is generally a better option than other alternatives
- Pre-interview online challenge was well constructed and pretty diverse
- first interview conducted with a technical person who is active in the field makes communication faster and easier
Space for improvement:
- bind programming questions in the pre-interview challenge with the requirements of the job posting (e.g. c++ questions for positions with required knowledge of c++, python/R questions for positions requiring that knowledge)
-Excellent contact person, great knowledge and experience from technical aspect, but also very skilled with interviews - he/she gained so much information about me in such a little time. Concrete, precise, kind and friendly.
-Maybe more concrete and detailed description about future potential position could be given (improved), but also that may be part of the following (if so) interviews.
The whole process was really positive. The interview started with a detailed presentation of the interviewer, company and some of the projects / products. This was really surprising to me, and I started to get hooked at this point. Then an easy conversation about my work life and some clear questions regarding the main objectives I was looking for.
Totally recommendable.

- my interviewer looked into my CV and portfolio in detail. This made me feel that the company valued me as a candidate.
- my interviewer was quite technical and asked me proper technical questions that I enjoyed to answer.
- my interviewer gave me proper feedbacks and pointed out good resources to study which, in my opinion, are quite important for the position that I have applied for.
I usually write back after interviews to give feedback and thank. However, I couldn't do it this time, since you used not personal e-mails addresses but an anonymous one. Here, I thank for the recruitment team and my interviewer for their consideration and time.
