The application submission, contact and interview process were excellent.
The job description and the application system was straightforward and easy to use.
The feedback from the company was reasonably fast (within 9 days of submitting my application).
The interview process was very clear, transparent and engaging. The first phone interview was very detailed and super helpful to further understand the role, the company, the particular team for which I applied and the direction in which the company is moving forward.
The on-site interview was an amazing experience and probably the most open and rewarding interview I've had in a very long time. It allowed me to get to know the managers and the development team personally. They encouraged me to engage with them, ask questions about their work at SnkeOS (both technical and personal) and see their technology and methodologies in action, as well as the roadmap for the future of the company and the team.

My application was probably special in the sense that I didn't apply through the web site but as a recommendation from someone that used to work there. I was also processed extremely fast (less than 2 weeks) due to some time constraints from other offers I had.
Overall the whole process was really positive for me. I had a really good and solid impression of the company. Really great offer and benefits and it looks as a really great place to work.
Because my case was a bit different that the usual I don't really have ideas on how to improve the process. I'm impressed how swiftly it was handled. I just feel that technical assessments could have been more deeper.
