However, the overall work environment is often impacted by high stress levels and heavy workloads, leaving little room for employees to fully enjoy the culture. While communication within teams is honest and transparent, the lack of effective communication between management and employees creates tension and hinders trust. Constructive criticism is not always welcomed, which makes it difficult to address underlying challenges.

The "no hierarchy" approach negatively impacts work-life balance. There's no clear structure to delegate responsibilities, so when someone is sick or on vacation, there’s no backup. This creates significant pressure on individuals. Be prepared for messages and calls even during sick leave or time off.
