- Founders should behave in a way that feels right and authentic to them, not what they read in books and statistics
- They should rethink their hiring process and not make false promises about positions they cannot keep

As a lot is expected and there is a lot of pressure, you can sometimes feel uncomfortable in your work. But it helps to talk to colleagues and most of them will help you when the time is right.

Decisions are often made by managers on their own without first discussing them with the team. Which is a real shame, because it goes against their own values.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. No drama between them which stands out from other agencies.

It depends on what position you are in and how much is on your desk. Many people work enough overtime and often this is not recognized and can‘t be converted into time off or get paid. It's just not possible if there's too much going on all the time.

Sadly, their behavior does not match the way they present themselves to the outside world. The most striking thing is that the vision is much more important than the people. They claim to live a culture of error, but when things don't go well, there's a lot of trouble.

There are definitely interesting tasks, but it always depends on which team you are in and whether you can identify with it.

They have so-called “A players” whose opinions are valued the most and who are pushed the most.

The expectations here are very high, which is sometimes really unrealistic. People work a lot and hard and often this is not even recognized.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salaries are based on performance and responsibility. If you negotiate well at the beginning, you start with a good basis. But from there it will be difficult to get a higher salary for your performance.

You can definitely learn a lot here and working together with other employees is a great way to support each other.
