The working conditions are really good and there was frequent feedback meetings during the probation period which really helped me to work on them.
I really appreciate the option to do home-office. There are team days and town hall meeting every month for enabling and improving in-person collaboration.
I also felt that measures are taken to ensure a good work-life balance.
