Very dependent on the teams you work with. But mostly good.

Great colleagues.

A lot of understanding for e.g. family situations and no issues with contract adjustments.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Direct manager (Teamlead) is great and the one above also good. Don't have much to do with the rest.

Interessante Aufgaben

Varies throughout the year, but in principle good. I can always ask for more, different side tasks.

No personal experience, but never noticed anything bad.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Not a big fan of the Munich office (open-plan).

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

There is a sustainability team and I think the goal is to support with the software transformation processes towards less Co2 less resources etc. But companies can us the software probably as well for not so good things.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Has improved significantly in recent years.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Access to LinkedIn Trainings and in theory a career path process exists, but I have no experience on this. I personally can always talk to my direct manager and would say he'd give his best to support my wishes. As the company is big there can be opportunities to switch internally.
