Well, to keep the diversity along with no toxicity it is better to create more transparency, more visionary approaches and make the employees valued by understanding cultural differences in communication and way of doings. "We have rules, you should obey them" may not be valid for every occasion.

In theory the tasks are appealing but in practice there are so much obstacles and in the end you end up with mediocre solutions
