I like Europace in general. Especially like it was before. Also this seems to be taken seriously. I very much hope that this is true and that there will be a significant improvement.

That dark leadership could prevail. There were already feedbacks, so they backpedaled, and then went right back to their old tricks.

You asked what you could do, what should be changed: Please put a stop to dark leadership: "One bad apple can spoil the bunch." And it is spreading.
It is damaging our health, as a company and as people.
Regarding this, I would not recommend to anyone working here.

Really great within the product teams. In general it was good, very collegial, good team spirit.
But things have deteriorated significantly at product level in the last year: pseudo harmony, nobody dares to say anything. You also don't know who you can talk to about it, who you can trust, fearing consequences.
We have a new hierarchy of mediocre managers.

In general we have great leads. The CEOs seem to really care about their employees.
But for a year, the product development has a new "lead".
What I experience and perceive is a far cry from Europace's values and principles. Friends have introduced me to the topic of dark leadership, and I am shocked to say that this is quite true: belittling, intimidating, threatening, pressuring, blaming, devaluing everything that does not correspond to one's own view. No clarity, contradictory statements. No psychological safety. I've never been so demotivated.

However, the amount of processes and tools seems to be constantly increasing.

Basically good.
Interesting to notice that women are returning from parental leave and not continuing in their original lead roles.

Worse since the new product lead took over.
There is no one size fits all: imposing their own views and ways of working does not make us better.
I think we would be better and more productive if we didn't have to spend time and energy on useless meetings and dealing with toxic behaviour from superiors.
