A specific leader shows signs of toxic behavior, which negatively impacts the workplace and raises questions about why this is tolerated. Additionally, ever-increasing tasks and demands make balancing priorities nearly impossible.

Leaders should focus on strategy and delegate more responsibilities, fostering a culture of trust. They need to reduce micromanagement and set more realistic expectations for workload.

It strongly depends. Despite supportive colleagues, the rigid structure limits creativity, adding stress. The high workload makes it challenging to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.
The lack of longterm vision, only focussing on profit, makes it hard to find motivation in the daily work.

Additionally, new managers in leading positions seem to work with their previous working background and hierarchical perspective, not adapting to the values, principles and mechanisms Europace built over years.

Interessante Aufgaben

The tasks are interesting, but rigid procedures and constant managerial interference reduce efficiency. The ever-increasing workload further compounds the issue, making it harder to engage fully with the work.
