Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

This company isn’t suitable if you’re looking for a fast-paced, agile tech or product environment. Despite many promises before joining, it’s a disappointment afterward, especially for internationals, as Germans advance more easily. Leadership lacks knowledge, and there’s no proper Scrum or agile framework. The environment lacks fun, diversity, and clear support, leading to frustration. This was one of the loneliest periods in my career. Be sure to research the chaotic Holacracy management model before joining and trust your instincts during the interview process. I saw many red flags but ignored them. I don’t recommend this company to any international talent.

As you have correctly noted, Europace is indeed a company whose products and services are deeply rooted in the German banking system. This means that a sound understanding of technical terms and processes specific to our market is essential.

In recent years, we have also started to recruit more employees with an international background. This step was a conscious decision for us to enrich our corporate culture and bring new perspectives to our team. We are aware that this also brings challenges, especially when it comes to dealing with and understanding German technical terms.

However, we see these challenges as a valuable opportunity for growth, both for our company and for our employees.

The integration of international employees has brought us many new insights and ideas and has had a positive influence on our corporate culture. It is an exciting journey for us that we believe will help us all to grow and learn.
