A company where senior management simply don't care about people.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Remote work.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Toxic incompetent C level who make the entire company an awful place to work.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Care about your employees.
Listen to your employees.
Solve problems by understanding the problem.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Awful. At the IU people are motivated only by the threat of losing their job. The 'hire and fire' policy is strong at this company.
Kommunikation
Management communicate nothing. The chaos they create is extraordinary.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues within a team generally work well together. However inter-team work becomes very difficult as communication is so poor that teams become siloed. Requirements change constantly as management change what they are interested in, so projects take much longer than they should.
Work-Life-Balance
Home office and flexi time is good.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Team Leads tend to be okay, anything above that level is a nightmare. C-Level are a shocking collection of people who simply do not care about their employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
None. Most of the tasks are simply dealing with the chaos of a company that seems to be in a constant state of restructuring, and finding duplicate work because no one seems to know what other people are working on.
Gleichberechtigung
Seems to be fine in this regard.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Most of the colleagues I spoke who have been here a while are good to work with...as well as being very open about how the company has declined over the past years.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Mostly fine. Extremely restrictive security on work devices.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
No great evidence to suggest they were particularly interested in this topic.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Good salary.
Image
Internally the company image is awful, both as an employer and the product they sell. They work hard on socials, posting largely about being innovative with AI, but the reality is far from what the image they convey.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Not only do I see no great opportunity to advance your career here, I would also not want to do so. The only people who succeed are those morally corrupt enough to be sycophantic yes men to upper management.
