Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

It's remote and HR pretends do care.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

They pretend to care but don't as visible in the comments ' we train our Managers' that might be true, but they don't care about the cute little Feedback training you provide, they can be very inhuman.. I have seen and heard of it in multiple Teams. It's enough to disagree on a colour to get fired. I payed with my mental health all the years. I regret that I stayed so long.

treat human like humans and don't fire them as soon as a Managers tells you some made up extremely exaggerated story.

it's remote. However my manager didn't respect when you were offline. He even reached out to me multiple times after work.

not good. Terrible at leading, terrible at treating people like humans. It was pure hell. I quit because of him. He started to get mutiple team members fired for no reason. This created a fear in multiple new and old Memebers of the team.

Everything would be provided if you need it. Which in my opinion was good.
It was most of the managing humans and HR that made the situation terrible.

My current Job at my new employer pays me way more. Now I know I was terribly underpaid. KEC knows they pay little to not enough.

People confuse it for the Supermarket. To me and my old Team that have left the firm, they left a terrible impression. We are all happy to have left and much happier at other places.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

I requested it alot. My Manager didn't really like me so he declined multiple times. I even searched myself for some opportunities but nobody cared note even HR(the department responsible) answered my E-mails and Slacks.
