Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Modern company, with good values, trying to position themself as a good place to work and promoting remote work, part-time work, etc. If you're individual contributor, you will enjoy working here and can learn a lot.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

People in top management are lacking basic soft-skills and understanding what their role is about, have "let me do myself" attitude and create a lot of chaos. Levels below kinda support it. For middle managers it's very stressful place to be.
Huge focus on individual contributor efficiency ("raising a talent bar"), following BigTech US examples. However compensation is below other Tech companies.

Doing random things does not always mean you're flexible. Sometimes it means you can't organize yourself.

People are friendly to each other and culture is supportive

Top management spreads toxic behavior and 2-3 levels below are busy coping with it and have very little time and capacity to do their job. Huge focus on individual contributor efficiency (raising a talent bar). Management has no experience in building teams and how to support it.
