Dear colleague,

Thanks for taking time to share your experience with Laserline!

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with some topics! For this reason, we would like to address a few points below.

We do have colleagues at all ages and a mixed age structure. Overall, we are a young and dynamic company where diversity is represented, and a respectful interaction is our top priority.

To get sure that everybody is informed about latest happenings there are staff meetings four times a year and regularly information circular mails are sent. If there are communication problems within your team, please don’t hesitate to have a confidential conversation with us (HR). We are willing to help!

Also, it’s too bad that you feel like your learning curve flatten out quickly. Our goal is that everyone has fun at their job and with their taks and to give the opportunity for personal development if desired. If you need or want a training, you can talk to your supervisor or the human resource department at any time. Training requirements and requests for further trainings are also always a topic in your yearly performance review and an opportunity to bring it up.

We accept and are thankful for your feedback and try to constantly improve ourselves. If you want to talk about the things, you are not happy with, feel free to contact us!
