The process went quickly, I understood the next steps, the atmosphere was friendly, and the questions weren’t difficult. Nevertheless, I haven’t received any feedback from the company, so I don’t know if they have found someone else or if the position is still available
The initial selection process consisted in a form where the desired salary range and the notice period was specified, to which it followed a codility test of a duration of 3 hours. The last question of the codility test had nothing to do with actual software development and neither with "infotainment", it seemed to have been chosen randomly from a pre-set of questions, it looked quite suspicious to me. Despite this, I decided to complete the test, giving the benefit of the doubt.
Having received a positive feedback, I participated to a call where the same questions asked in the form were asked again by an HR. The HR was not able to provide the slightest detail about the job position, not even the actual team function and its position within the organization. After the call I got a rejection mail, the mail contained a generic and unclear feedback.
Having asked for an explanation, I did not get a precise answer and the mail was concluded AGAIN with the same template, clearly copy-pasted, since the last two lines had a font different from the rest of the email. Please, be much more considerate of the candidate's time.
The rejection was most likely because of the salary range, but if so, it could have occurred much before in the selection process, without wasting my time.
Please take also the opportunity to re-hire HRs having a more consistent technical background, so that the impression of the company to external candidates can improve.
Den zugesagten Zeitraum, in dem man Rückmeldung erhalten sollte, einhalten. Ich habe ein Mal nachgefragt wie der aktuelle Stand ist, weil ich Interesse an der Stelle hatte.
I am disappointed with the unprofessionalism demonstrated by MBITION during the recruitment process. Not only did it take them over a month to reply to my application, but I had to follow up twice to even receive a response. Considering that I was referred personally to this company, I expected better communication and respect for my time. To make matters worse, their feedback on my recruitment task was factually incorrect and did not acknowledge the effort I had put into it. I suspect that my recruitment file may have been lost, which is unacceptable for a company of this stature. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the way I was treated throughout this process and would not recommend them as a potential employer to anyone.
The only 'but' I can remark during the process was the occurrence of eventual delays due to the high workload on the HR department, which caused some delay in the response to a couple of my emails.
I reached out multiple times to HR to clarify some questions about the position. No response. Apparently, they only post job ads for publicity and don't need anyone

Das Video-Interview war sehr angenehm. Hier wurde allgemein nach der Motivation, Person und dem Werdegang gefragt. Nach dem Gespräch bekam ich recht schnell eine Rückmeldung und wurde zu einem persönlichen Kennenlernen eingeladen. Hier wurden mir schon Kollegen aus dem Team vorgestellt. Sowas macht immer einen guten Eindruck. Durchweg hat mir der Bewerbungsprozess sehr gut gefallen.
Alles bestens: Strukturiert, kompetent, wertschätzend, offen und verbindlich!
