Additional Perks: Offer free access to tools like Coursera, Grammarly, translation tools, AI and other productivity-enhancing platforms.

Work-Life-Balance

It’s nearly impossible to plan anything on a workday when leaving at 6:30, as there’s little time left for personal activities.

Gleichberechtigung

The team is highly diverse, with members from all around the world. However, only those within the EU are granted the right to work remotely for one month from their home country, which is quite unfair to others.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

I believe the salary should be reviewed and improved to better reflect the value and contributions of the team.

Unfortunately, the possibility to grow within the company are very limited

As we work in retail, Saturday work and later working hours are part of the business. Nevertheless, we offer compensatory days during the week and 30 days of vacation, so that the private life of our employees is not forgotten.

Thomann offers a fair and transparent compensation system with a 13 month's salary that differentiates according to position, competence and commitment. Based on your assessment, it is difficult for us to understand why you feel you are earning too little. We would encourage you to speak to your manager / HR to discuss development opportunities.
