You have to listen to the bad opinions about the company, is not always a useless opinion. You have to adapt your german company to the world and how different cultures work and not the world to a german company and culture if you are aiming to be global.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
They have a lot to change in terms of the relationship between department leaders and their co-workers. There's a lot of really bad team leaders.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Is not existant. The ones who stay working at thomann is because they accept the bad conditions there.
Work-Life-Balance
As you have to go and work in a small town in the middle of nowhere at least 3 days a week, you only live to work for thomann.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The team leaders are one of the worst part of this company.
Interessante Aufgaben
It's really a boring job there. Not for musicians.

The payment is really low and you have to be happy with a couple of cents more a year.
