- educate recruiters to explain end to end hiring process to the candidate and sync with them so that you don't share different info
- screen the candidates PRIOR inviting them to personal interview and asking to spend time on preparing presentations, know exactly what profile are you looking for and don't ask yourself this question during the interview
- treat interviewees with respect, lower the arrogant tone and show by example what your company values are regardless if the candidate is intern, beginner or with experience. (this one goes only for one of the interviewers - the head of consulting at Nielsen Spots, I have no remark about the Director of consulting who was respectful and helpful in answering questions)
- don't forget candidates are interviewing you as well!
