I recently had the opportunity to engage in a conversation with the Talent Lead for a senior recruiter role and I must say, the experience left a lasting positive impression.
She was exceptionally polite, highly informative, and impressively quick in her responses, with a remarkable level of professionalism and courtesy that set a welcoming tone for our conversation.
Despite the fact that our discussion did not progress to further stages due to my preference for a remote work setup conflicting with the company's onsite requirement, I wanted to highlight her commendable attitude and approachability.
1st interview was great, feedback on the same day, since I am in another city and the recruiting team mentioned once or twice per 2 weeks on site is possible, so I accepted yo go to 2nd interview, the interview was also fine, interviewer was nice, recruiting team told me that she will come back to me on the next day, but she didn’t. On Monday I followed up again with her and she was on holiday :) I got a very cold reply on Wednesday that they decided for another candidate who lives closer to the office, cause they want someone to be there 2 per week. Oh please, can’t you just align this before the interview? It is totally wasting of my time and I have the feeling once I am not useful anymore for them, I am thrown away like trash. No feedback like promised and no more warm words :) I would never apply any position at Serrala again and I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

My application experience with Serrala was highly professional, fast and efficient from start to finish. Submitting an online application took only a matter of minutes, I particularly liked the opportunity to pitch myself in 3 sentences rather than writing a cover letter. Within days I received the first invite to an expectation call. This was swiftly followed by an invite to an in-depth interview with a case study exercise to prepare, which I presented for 20 minutes. The preparation enabled me to really envision myself in the position and set a platform for discussion to also get to know Serrala and the role better. Following this I met the team and future peers. My decision to accept a parallel offer was extremely hard to make. I can recommend Serrala to potential applicants from all fields and I can promise wholeheartedly that you will find an extremely professional HR organisation there, lead by an exceptional talent in the role of VP HR.
