The majority of the colleagues are very nice and welcoming. I felt part of the team right from the start. For the most part they provided me support and guidance when I needed it.
One thing that I would say could be a bit better is that it takes a long time to find you way around the multitude of content, company knowledge, processes etc. Even though it is all documented in many, many pages on the intranet, it is not as easy to actually get to what you want/need because it is hard to know what is important. It is not just because it is documented that it is accessible. The entire thing is quite overwhelming at the start.
